DESCRIPTION:THIS ESCAPE IS NOW FULLY BOOKED \n4 day 3 night escape amongst the Spanish hills located in the sleepy quiet village of Espinosa de los Monteros. \nStaying 3 nights in a house in a typical Spanish village surrounded by forest and hills\, this quiet secluded location offers space to train\, run\, hike and explore this untouched undeveloped part of old Spain. \n \nESCAPE ITINERARY \nDAY 1 – ARRIVE IN SPAIN \nThursday 23rd April 2020 \nArrival at Bilbao  \nTransfer to accommodation   \n  \nLate lunch\, check into rooms\, discuss itinerary for weekend. \n \nOptional afternoon gentle run via green route around the town and through the forest? Joining blue route into Espinosa for a drink before heading back. \nDinner and discuss routes and escape itinerary  \n  \nDAY 2 – NATURAL WINDOW   \nPre breakfast outdoor fitness session  \nBreakfast  \nTransport to start of run \n \n2.5 hours approx run/hike to natural window \n \nOptional Cave visit   \nTransfer back to the village for late lunch  \nAfternoon to yourselves or an optional run along the river bed through the woods. \nEve dinner \nOptional night run to the forest. This gives us an opportunity to run under a blanket of stars creeping through the trees\, listening to the tawny owl calls as they serenade the bats on their night dance. \n  \nDAY 3 – WATERFALL  \nBreakfast  \nLeave for waterfall run/hike \n \nRun to waterfall approx 10km \n \nRun/hike to take approx 2.5-3hours (this is to give people time to relax at the waterfall and take their time  \nStop at waterfall for snack and photos \nReturn to bar for optional beverages \nLate lunch back at the house. \nAfternoon to yourselves or optional run in the local area. \nEarly eve outdoor fitness session focusing on mobility and deep stretching under the trees. \nDinner \n  \nDAY 4 – DEPARTURE DAY \nBreakfast  \nOutdoor fitness session and short run/hike 5.3km to monument combined with an option for longer run 7km \n \nLunch midday   \nDepart for Bilbao airport  \n  \nSpanish hills escape price 614.19 Euros (inc tax) approx £526 per person. \nWHAT’S INCLUDED\n\n● 4 Days of training and support from myself plus 2 additional guides. \n● 3 nights shared accommodation. \n● All Meals – Day 1 lunch to Day 4 lunch \n● All equipment for excursions and entrance fees as outlined in the itinerary. \n● 2 transportation services between destinations as follows: \n\n1 transport for up to 6pax Bilbao airport- Espinosa de los Monteros\n1 transport for up to 6pax Espinosa de los Monteros- Bilbao airport\n\nAdditional costs paid by the CLIENT include: \n● Travel costs to and from Airports \n● Flight to Bilbao \n● Personal clothing\, gear and equipment \n● Personal Medical and Trip Cancellation Travel Insurance \n● Any expense of personal nature (souvenirs\, alcohol etc.) \n● Any items that have not been mentioned in the “Costs Included” in the published itinerary. \n● Accommodations pre/ post trip if necessary
