DESCRIPTION:THIS ESCAPE HAS NOW EXPIRED \nStart at 10am with a 1 hour outdoor fitness session in a scenic location using various portable equipment. This session can be adapted to any level of fitness and will be fun alongside challenging. \nAt 11am We will head to the ‘waite room’ pop up at ESKINZO North Quay for a warm beverage and small bite of energy homemade by myself using ingredients bought from local suppliers. \nOnce fueled with our healthy delight\, we will head out to run the local coastal trails. The trails combine beach\, coast path\, dunes and cliff tops. \nOnce finished on the trail we will head to Twigs and Greens BASK where the ‘waite room’ will pop up again for some deep stretch and relaxation before enjoying a freshly prepared lunch made lovingly with local supplies which we will eat picnic style while reflecting on our day and enjoying every last remaining minute of this experience.

DESCRIPTION:THIS ESCAPE HAS NOW EXPIRED \nJoin me for a waite escape presentation day. I will be hosting an afternoon in Twigs and Greens BASK’s beautiful studio in Old Foundry Chapel Hayle where I will be showing some short slides\, videos and information for my upcoming multi day and day escapes. \nI have been working closely with an eco tourism company ‘Raspano Ecoturismo’ based in Espinosa de los Monteros Spain the past year to deliver a mountain escape of outdoor fitness and trail running/hiking combined with healthy local food freshly prepared by the resident chefs. I will be talking through the itinerary for this 4 day 3 night escape  including local maps and run/hike profiles offering a transparent honest delivery pre retreat. \nThere will also be information about my future day escapes working with ESKINZO Hayle combining outdoor fitness\, SUP and healthy fuel set on the perfect location of North Quay Hayle\, a weekend escape held at Beachside Holiday Park Hayle with accommodation available on site and the multi day Costa Rica Mountain retreat scheduled for Jan/Feb 2021. \nExciting new collaborations also in the pipe line so please watch this space for more wellness through movement escapes. \nPlease come and join me and share a cup of green tea while we chat all things escapes x \n
