SUMMARY:Portugal movement\, wellness and hiking escape
DESCRIPTION:Join me for a Portugal fitness\, hiking and wellness retreat on the South West coastal area of Hortas do Tabual\, a small aldeia in the hills overlooking Praia do Zavial.\n​\nIdeally located in the Natural Park of Southwest Algarve\, the accommodation is a brand new detached villa\, located in the Hortas do Tabual village very close to the wonderful beach of Zavial\, with hill and sea views\, comfortable rooms in a peaceful location and a beautiful garden immerse yourselves in.\n\n\nInside the house is modern and very spacious. There are two terraces and big garden outside which provides ample space for training sessions\,  communal  and relaxation time.\n\n\nDuring our 4 night stay here we will take part in a variety of activities\, including: morning training sessions including resistance band and body weight workouts\, these will be programmed and adapted to all abilities\, post breakfast hikes in the hills leading to various secluded quiet beaches\, sea swims and gentle guided relaxation and deep stretch sessions.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n.\n\n\nThis is a large property but as with all my escapes\, my aim is to make this an exclusive retreat\, so it’s only single occupancy unless couples book\, I believe that having the privacy and luxury of your own space is so important in this experience\, so this means numbers will be limited.\n\n\nThis escape is a detoxification of the mind focusing on movement for wellness. Disconnection from daily stresses and pressure while re connecting with yourself and nature. Allowing this week to be simple and mindful.\n\nIt’s amazing how each time I visit this magical place I see paradise! I allow myself time to slow things down. I cannot wait for you to join me on this lovely retreat to move well\, feel well and escape.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT’S INCLUDED \n● 4 Days of training and support from myself. I offer varied and adaptive programming of the exercise sessions suitable for your individual needs. A typical training day consists of….sunrise workout and deep stretch.  Post breakfast hike to explore this incredible area before lunch and the daily scheduled ‘free time’. Another late afternoon session involving deep stretch session and guided relaxation\, finishing off with a daily foot care routine\, ensuring that your feet are happy throughout your stay.\n● 4 nights single occupancy accommodation in a large house.\n● a delicious and plentiful breakfast and post hike lunch and evening dinner. The food I prepare will be locally sourced\, I will provide personal catering for your individual dietary requirements and needs. I pride myself on offering that personal chef feel\, making sure you leave feeling satisfied and excited to try new things going forward.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdditional costs paid by the CLIENT include:\n● Travel costs (I advise speaking to Helen from Dip Your Toes Travel\, and flying from Bristol to Faro)\n● Personal clothing\, gear and equipment\n● Personal Medical and Trip Cancellation Travel Insurance\n● Any expense of personal nature (souvenirs\, alcohol etc.)\n● Any additional food required both during the retreat and the time in Faro.\n● Accommodations post retreat in Faro for as many days as you wish to stay after the retreat.\nItinerary to follow on request. this escape will be designed with your best interests.\n● Travel from Faro to airport for departure flight\n● Travel to and from Bristol airport. SUMMARY:Isles of Scilly fitness\, hiking and sauna escape.
DESCRIPTION:Join me for a Isles of Scilly fitness\, hiking and sauna retreat on St Marys\, Friday 23rd – Monday 26th Oct 2026.\n​\nWe will be staying in Mincarlo\, a beautiful B&B accommodation with sea views\, comfortable rooms in a peaceful location overlooking Town Beach and St Mary’s harbour.\n\n\nThe accommodation has a front terrace garden for guests with private steps down to the beach\, a stone throw from the beach\, with views a plenty! There is a wood fired sauna nestled in the garden surrounded by nature and restorative views. There is a terrace above\, to grab those moments in between sauna sessions or a quick nip down the steps to plunge into the sea.\n\nThere is a large indoor area suitable for body movement sessions\, deep stretching and meditation if the weather or tide means we cannot train on the beach.\n\n\nDuring our 3 night stay here we will take part in a variety of activities\, including: sunrise beach training sessions including resistance band and body weight workouts\, these will be programmed and adapted to all abilities.\n\n\n\nA typical day looks like this… \n sunrise strength training session\n deep stretch session\n sea swim\n large breakfast post training\n 2-3 hour coastal hike taking our time to soak up the views. \n\n free time to do as you please\, restoration time.\n strength training session\n deep stretch session\n sea swim and sauna\n Friday dinner out at a local eatery and a large plant based dinner Saturday and Sunday evening prepared by myself.\n\nYou are free to do as much or as little as you want\, this is an escape to truly restore and rebuild\n\n\n\n\n\n\n.\n\n\nThis is a large property but as with all my escapes\, my aim is to make this an exclusive retreat\, so it’s only single occupancy unless couples book\, I believe that having the privacy and luxury of your own space is so important in this experience\, so this means numbers will be limited. SUMMARY:PAC 4 MEN
DESCRIPTION:Outdoor training sessions using body weight\, slam balls\, battle ropes. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on our mental health. It can help relieve stress\, improve memory\, help aid better sleep and boosts your overall mood. Focusing on physical training as a potential tool and coping strategy\, to help improve both physical and mental health. Bringing people together who are on a similar journey\, to connect and work alongside each other\, while being given permission to spend an hour on their physical and emotional wellbeing. Using body weight exercises\, the participants can build a good strong relationship with their bodies as a tool to support their emotional health. A good run or workout after a tough day can help quieten the internal dialogue and reduce feelings of despair\, which in turn can make us more productive to use exercise as a coping strategy in times of increased stress. Using weighted equipment such as slam balls and battle ropes allow participants to release emotions in a controlled\, liberating way as an alternative or alongside talking therapies. Men tend to find ‘opening up’ through talking harder\, and often a physical training approach can have a similar feeling of release. These sessions will offer a safe space to explore ’emotional release and connection through physical activity’. \nThis is a socially prescribed project. So\, attendees to speak to their link worker at the GP surgeries\, speak to their local support groups\, Volunteer Cornwall Community Makers or to contact me for more information.
