Join me for a Costa Rican mountain retreat on the slopes of Cerro Chirripo.

Chakra Eco retreat center offers the perfect atmosphere to relax and recenter. Consisting of rustic mountain platforms suitable for body movement sessions, deep stretching and meditation. During our 5 day stay here we will take part in a variety of activities, including: mountain trails, waterfall tours, tree climbing, and rappelling.

We will spend the final 2 days in the small beach location of Dominical. Here we will hike to the famous Nauyaca Waterfalls, spend time on the beach, visiting the local street markets and eating in the fantastic local restaurants amongst the town.

This escape is a detoxification of the mind focusing on movement for wellness. Disconnection from daily stresses and pressure while re connecting with yourself and nature.

● Transportation services between destinations San José- San Jerónimo- Dominical- San José  (flights should be scheduled after 5pm)

Additional costs paid by the CLIENT include:

● Personal clothing, gear and equipment

● Any expense of personal nature (souvenirs, alcohol etc.)
