One to One Personal Training from £40 per hour

– 1 hour session bespoke to you and your goals. This session can take place in person, via video chat or message. Offering you full support and motivation whatever your location or current situation.

I am based at Paddy’s Mill Wellness Centre, Hayle. We will mainly be training outdoors when weather is permitting, using body weight and outdoor equipment. I will provide everything needed for the session, you just need to bring water.

Start up Program £105

– 1 hour consultation in person or remotely. We will look at how to fit exercise and self care into your life, and addressing any barriers that you may have.

– 1 hour PT session (again in person or online) focusing on exercise, form and confidence.

– 2 bespoke home routines to fit into a weekly plan.

– This is a one off package for you to then guide yourself through using the tools that I have taught you.

– I also provide progression packages to follow up from this

Online remote coaching from £150 per month or short term £40 per week

– Online or phone consultation

– Progressive weekly plans focusing on movement and wellness sent to your inbox for you to follow

– Ongoing weekly online support throughout this program
