11.30am once fueled with our healthy delight, we will head back out to run or walk the local coastal trails. The trails combine beach, coast path, dunes and cliff tops. We will be soul running, so mindful running or walking, stopping to look at the view, to listen to the sounds on the coast, taking in the area, being in the moment. Leave the GPS and watches behind, just enjoy the journey. This will take up to 2 hours.
At 1.30pm we will sample a freshly prepared lunch which we will eat picnic style continuing to enjoy the outdoors for every last remaining minute of this experience.
