Join me for a Isles of Scilly fitness, hiking and sauna retreat on St Marys, Friday 24th – Monday 27th Oct 2025.
We will be staying in Mincarlo, a beautiful B&B accommodation with sea views, comfortable rooms in a peaceful location overlooking Town Beach and St Mary’s harbour.
The accommodation has a front terrace garden for guests with private steps down to the beach, a stone throw from the beach, with views a plenty! There is a wood fired sauna nestled in the garden surrounded by nature and restorative views. There is a terrace above, to grab those moments in between sauna sessions or a quick nip down the steps to plunge into the sea.
There is a large indoor area suitable for body movement sessions, deep stretching and meditation if the weather or tide means we cannot train on the beach.
During our 3 night stay here we will take part in a variety of activities, including: sunrise beach training sessions including resistance band and body weight workouts, these will be programmed and adapted to all abilities.

You are free to do as much or as little as you want, this is an escape to truly restore and rebuild

This is a large property but as with all my escapes, my aim is to make this an exclusive retreat, so it’s only single occupancy unless couples book, I believe that having the privacy and luxury of your own space is so important in this experience, so this means numbers will be limited. There are room options, which means that the price depends on the room choice/availability.

This escape is a detoxification of the mind focusing on movement for wellness. Disconnection from daily stresses and pressure while re connecting with yourself and nature. Allowing this weekend to be simple and mindful.
It’s amazing how each time I visit this magical place I see paradise! Those of us that are lucky enough to live in Cornwall already know this feeling, but the Scillys offer something a bit special!

WHAT’S INCLUDED
● 3 Days of training and support from myself. I offer varied and adaptive programming of the exercise sessions suitable for your individual needs. A typical training day consists of….sunrise workout and deep stretch, sea swim. Post breakfast coastal walk to explore this incredible local area before the daily scheduled ‘free time’. Another late afternoon strength and deep stretch session, finishing off with a daily foot care routine, ensuring that your feet are happy throughout your stay.
● 3 nights single occupancy accommodation in a large house situated on the waters edge.
● 1 hour sauna sessions all 3 evenings.
● a delicious and plentiful breakfast and evening dinner Saturday and Sunday. The food I prepare will be locally sourced, I will provide personal catering for your individual dietary requirements and needs. I pride myself on offering that personal chef feel, making sure you leave feeling satisfied and excited to try new things going forward.
*please note, lunches are not included, Friday evening dinner is not included. We will be eating out on Friday at one of the local eateries!
Additional costs paid by the CLIENT include:
● Travel costs (I advise looking at Scilly Travel) I will be sailing on the Scillonian, which will depart PZ Friday 9.15am arriving 12 midday. Departing Monday 14.00 arriving in PZ 16.15.
● Personal clothing, gear and equipment
● Personal Medical and Trip Cancellation Travel Insurance
● Any expense of personal nature (souvenirs, alcohol etc.)
● Any additional food required, ie lunches, Friday evening dinner, snacks, drinks etc.
● Accommodations pre/ post trip if necessary.
