The day consists of local exhibitors, guest speakers, race events companies, local running clubs, public film premier screening, guided runs, yoga and group activities throughout the day and of course coffee and great food served at TigerFeet.

From those wanting speed to those wanting hours of slower paced trails, we all join together at this annual event to talk all things running! Linking with the local running clubs, events companies, local running and wellness companies and workshop facilitators this event caters for everyone. Come along to meet friends you are yet to run with.

We’re delighted to announce The official film selection for the upcoming Cornwall Running show is: Fastest known Time: The Arc of Attrition
Follow a close knit crew of dedicated ultra runners as they support Mike Samuels in his attempt at setting the world’s first F.K.T for the Arc of Attrition double. Watch the adventure unfold, and get an intimate look at what it takes to tackle the formidable Arc of Attrition route twice! As Mike and his crew take on some of Cornwall’s most rugged and isolated trails.
This is a heartwarming tale of friends coming together to support one of their own as he attempts an incredible challenge.

We will be taking donations at this event, so please bring anything you want to pass on along on the day. There will be a full array of clothing, footwear and accessories to rummage through and take home!
We are a community organisation that takes unwanted running gear to donate out for free. Appearing at local races and events with items of running and workout gear to be passed on. Our moto…’like what you see? Take it, it’s free”.
The swap box attends many events, so please contact feel free to contact them for any further information and to drop off any donations prior to any event.

Whirlwind Run Club and Brooks
The best way to kick off the Cornwall Running Show 2026 is with an epic Community Run guided by the crew from Whirlwind Run Club! They are joining forces with their amazing footwear partners Brooks Running UK, to bring you a super-charged morning of miles, mates, and brand-new shoes!
What’s the Plan?
Starting at 9:00 am for the ultimate guided experience!
Shoe Test Event: Get to lace up and test out the newest design shoes from Brooks Running on the run.
Community Vibe: This isn’t a race—it’s a social, community-focused run for all paces.
Recharge: We’ll finish up with an energy recharge and social session to get you ready to explore the rest of the show.

Pre show 9.30am guided run for all abilities.
Be Kind Vegan Coffee Caravan served their selection of hot and cold food options.
10-3pm exhibitor hall with various free workshops, guest speaking event and live podcast recording with Trevor Lee.
Escape sauna outside offered 30 min woodfired sauna sessions.
3-3.45pm premier screening of the film ‘Allie’ with Toby Lowe was a FULL house.

Highlights from 2023 show.
We kicked the event off at 9am alongide the weekly Heartlands parkrun. This was a great opportunity to try this parkrun prior to popping into the Cornwall Running Show.
With the Red River Cafe on the Heartlands site, and Be Kind Vegan Coffee Caravan vendors as part of the event, we had a selection of hot and cold food options, suitable for all to satisfy your fancy.
Trevor Lee was recording a live ‘running 44@60 podcast’ during the day, many had the chance to have their 5 mins of fame and talk to Trevor Lee about their running history and upcoming events and goals.
Guest speakers, including our very own Cornwall runner, Elsie Davies and running documentaries ran hourly from 10.45am on stage in the main hall.

this event was hosted by good friends of the show, Trevor Lee and Edward Chapman.

2023 guided runs and workshops
Guided runs using the local trails around the Heartland site offered a choice of distance and paced runs, allowing attendees to connect with new running groups and fellow runners.
Yoga and pilates sessions enabling attendees to soak up the atmosphere of the event while taking the time out to feel the benefits of these mindful practices.
Outdoor exercise to music classes and laughing yoga brought movement, laughter and joy, which continued throughout the day.
