Paddys Mill wellness centre, the battle to build, to believe, to build community.

From the heart-breaking struggle, the project must go on. This uncensored documentary has been held close to my chest for months, with uncontrollable emotions at anytime I watch it. The fatigue I experienced in the building of the project from start to finish still remains, but I now have the courage to release this for all to watch. I present myself, my whole self, with all fear and vulnerability to hopefully inspire others to go after exactly what they believe in, no matter how hard the journey. I would like to thank everyone that came on board to help with this project, I couldn’t have done this without your belief, generosity and hard work.

United Downs Raceway, Cornwall, 25 hour run event.

Embarking on a 25 hour run event around United Downs Raceway, Cornwall. My dear friend, fellow colleague and race director of Bys Vyken Events, David Andrewartha, came up with this stonker of a challenge which I couldn’t resist. As a frequent lover of the Cornish Coast path and solo project ultra runner, this event was appealing yet not my usual chosen terrain. Kyle Jon Davies, a local videographer joined me on my 25 hour journey, running 0.47 mile loops in typical Cornish wet weather, to capture this one off event and experience, to see what I can do with the hours ahead.

100 miles to support local

I ran my first 100 miles in April 2019, to raise awareness of the small independant local businesses here in South West Cornwall. Starting at my home in Gwithian and ending back in Gwithian, running the coastal trails and minor roads completing the 100 mile loop. Just over 35 hours, a continuous party picnic and the best team of crew and support runners by my side. Here is my video journal of the experience, please watch and enjoy
