During the waite escapes I will be focusing a lot on self-care and wellness. Life gets so busy, stress often takes over. We become so absorbed with what life throws at us that we often forget who we are. Let’s use this time together to explore who we are again, to practice scheduled ‘you times’. At the end of the day if we cannot recharge and find strength in what’s around and inside us then how can we possibly pass this on to those close to us.
Remember that we come first, we have too.

Day and multi day escapes both home and away offering an inclusive escape which can be tailor made to the individuals that are attending.
These escapes are just that… an escape. We will train hard, laugh, soul run or walk along beautiful trails. We will do this mindfully, I want you to take a lot from these days both physically and mentally and to return home feeling both worked and refreshed, motivated and strong in your own body and confident to try different challenges in the future.

Adapting the exercise and movements to suit everyone’s needs, therefore no one feels left behind or that they cannot take part in every session
Prices and duration are bespoke and tailor-made to suit. Whether in the UK or further afield the escapes make the most of the surrounding areas.
Day escapes are 4.5 hours, small training group for 4-8 people. This includes a healthy fueled picnic.
Move, sweat, dip sessions are a 2 hour escape, combining beach training sessions, cold water plunge, wood fired beach side sauna followed by tea and healthy nutritious sweet treats.

Here is the layout of a typical escape day…
Start at 10am with a 1 hour outdoor fitness session in a scenic location using various portable equipment. This session can be adapted to any level of fitness and will be fun alongside challenging.
At 11am We will head to one of the local cafes for a beverage and small bite of energy supplied by one of the fantastic food suppliers here.
11.30am run or walk the local coastal trails. The trails combine beach, coast path, dunes and cliff tops, soul running, so mindful running or walking, stopping to look at the view, to listen to the sounds on the coast, taking in the area, being in the moment. Leave the GPS and watches behind, just enjoy the journey. This will take up to 2 hours.
At 1.30pm we will sample a freshly prepared lunch which we will eat picnic style continuing to enjoy the outdoors for every last remaining minute of this experience.
